I've always wanted to be on stage doing something but this is the first time I've gone for it, being a little self-conscious and sensible before. (It's funny what age does for you!) I also love writing and my ambition would be to star in something that I've written, whether it be situation or dramatic comedy, which I love doing. I'm also a sucker for period dramas.

I'm just having a years break from my degree. I'm already worked towards creative writing and I am now beginning to start writing a few original stories and plays. I currently have one story at fictionpress.net, my profile is gally2.

Anyway, have been a member at fanfiction.net (profile - gally1 for my other non-MA related musings) for sometime and, as a result of the recent changes taking place over there, have now moved any content rated M from there to here. I normally only write sappy stuff that whiles away my boredom, and about a story that I feel some kind of connection with, (generally down to the great performance skills of actors when they take on great roles - nudge, nudge, wink, wink.) Sometimes I even write smut, but I don't think I'm particularly good at that. I'm also currently attempting to finish all those that I've started and not yet finished.

So, enough of my ramblings, sit back and enjoy (hopefully) some of my musings.

Update May 2012 - I have recently updated my North and South: A continuation and will probably focus on that one for the moment. Be rest assured though that the others will be finished at some point in the future.
